Terms and Conditions
1) I wish to be considered for a membership of The Circle of the Sword
and;
2) I am willing to abide by the rules and decisions of the Circle, as in the Constitution, the By-Laws and also as determined from time to time at ordinary and general meetings as well as determined on a case-by-case basis for safety and performance purposes at individual performances
and;
3) I understand that many activities of the Circle carry a potential risk of Bodily Harm, Injury or Death and regardless I still wish to be an event member and participate in activities organised by the Circle
and;
4) I understand that what the Circle does is dangerous, and I will not hold any member responsible for any injury, illness, harm or damages that occur during COTS activities
and;
5) I agree to pay the annual membership fee of $25, payable on application approval
and;
6) I agree to participate safely to the best of my ability, and will participate in regular trainings where possible to maintain competency; and will participate in events and activities where possible to support the group
and;
7) I understand that this form is an application only and approval is subject to committee review
and;
8) I confirm that by signing this document I have read and agreed to everything on this form, including the waiver and rules
